Coach Mason spent a little time talking with my daughter to see what areas she needed to work on and then got right to work. My daughter plays 5A High School and we noticed a change after 1 session. She played with more confidence. She also successfully used a few new skills. She asked to have more sessions asap.

I was looking for some one on one soccer sessions for my daughter. My buddy suggested to try Insight Soccer Training. I have been super impressed with both Mason and Cody. They are very detailed and provide essential information for my daughter to improve her skills. They also provide a very positive and work hard atmosphere.

Our daughter spent two years (ages 7-9) with Coach Mason. In addition to team coaching, we worked with him in a one-on-one setting. In this individualized setting we really saw accelerated growth and development. The time was customized and proved to be a great recipe for improvement. Coach Mason clearly cares about his players and the game, which is powerful when combined with a talented coach.

I wanted to get my 10 year old daughter some higher level one on one training than what I could offer. She’s had 6 training sessions over the last two months and really enjoys working with Mason. Mason does a fantastic job of keeping her focused while having fun and building her skills. There will be many more sessions to come over the years as Mason has our best interests and is great at being a mentor and coach. Thank you Mason!

This training facility is absolutely gorgeous. Mason (the owner and operator) takes great pride in providing a top level facility with top level training.

He personalizes the training experience for your kid to get the most out of there skill level and ability.

Not only is he so patient, Mason actually cares about there development individually.

We could not be more pleased with the training our daughter has received from Insight. Our daughter has had a handful of 1 on 1 trainings with Mason and Cody and it’s incredible to see her progress week to week – even outside club season.

We are very much looking forward to seeing how her training translates into her club practices, and how her coach and club respond.

That said, regardless of how her club responds, we highly recommend Insight and will continue training with them, because politics aside, their value is immeasurable.

Our daughter loves training at Insight! Mason and Cody build her confidence with their training techniques. They take time to instruct her according to her ability and push her to meet her potential. Our daughter feels seen, heard and welcome by them. Although they have different training styles both use their playing and coaching experience to provide a great training session every time.

I’m from Tennessee but wanted a way to get some touches while in Colorado for a week. We found Mason on Google and booked 2 sessions. The online booking was really easy to use, and he answered any questions we sent him immediately.
The training was just what I needed. Ball work warm up, one touch passing, checking shoulder drills, wall passing, 1v1’s etc. He was also very patient when I needed breaks because of breathing issues and the Colorado air. He was very welcoming even though I was an out of towner. He gave me confidence and worked on the mental part
of the game too. He also took some action shots of me. Thank you, Mason!

We have been doing private soccer lessons with both Cody and Mason. Its always an excellent experience from start to finish. The sessions are well-structured, focused, and tailored exactly to our daughter’s skill level.

They design drills that challenge her. I especially appreciated the clear, constructive feedback and encouragement throughout. Our daughter has improved greatly since working with them. She is always asking when her next session is.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to fine-tune specific skills like passing, shooting, or footwork, I highly recommend Mason or Cody. You can tell both are passionate about the game and genuinely want to help players improve. The facility is amazing. They have areas for the parents to sit and watch.

Coach Mason was AMAZING!!! He doesn’t just have the experience to be a great coach, but he has a passion for helping kids and youth try to reach beyond what they think is their potential. He was great at communicating with my daughter and seeing her as more then an athlete, but as an individual person who has different needs to foster the best coaching environment and to help her reach her goals! My daughter enjoyed working with him so much, she gave me a hug and THANKED me for getting Mason to work with her. That was the first time she ever showed so much enthusiasm and excitement for soccer. A player is only as good as their coach, and Mason is an amazing coach! He even had soccer homework for her to work on, which my daughter was so excited to work on. There are a lot of good coaches out there, but Mason is a GREAT one!
