About Insight
Better insight into the beautiful game
Insight Soccer Training is dedicated to personalized private and small-group soccer training for motivated players — players who desire to make a greater impact in their matches. We are a small business committed to empowering players who want better insight into the beautiful game.
01
Booking
Bookings are most easily done through the Upper Hand app, available on Google Play and the App Store. Reserve your sessions there and manage your schedule in one place.
02
Training location
Training takes place at 3092 S Helena St, Aurora, CO. The location is in a neighborhood, so you will see a gate with an Insight logo upon turning onto Helena St. Feel free to park near the gate. Please do not idle your vehicle during the session.
03
Cancellation policy
Colorado weather is normally very mild. There are, however, instances where training outdoors is not an option. It is up to the player and parent to decide whether training in inclement weather is a good idea.
In the case of cancellation, sessions are always credited to the player's account to reschedule. If a session lasts longer than 30 minutes before inclement weather occurs, the session is counted as complete.
04
Cancellations & rescheduling
At Insight, sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled in advance. Please reschedule at least 48 hours notice if possible. This allows other families to book an open slot when it becomes available. Sessions cancelled within the 48 hour period and continuous late reschedules are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Sessions are returned to the player account for future scheduling in their Upper Hand account.
05
The evaluation session
Every player training for the first time with Insight Soccer Training will have an evaluation session. This session determines if private sessions will benefit the player and if future trainings are a good option.
Coaches may ask players to complete a task before coming back — for example, a player must reach 10 juggles before booking again. This ensures that players are there to improve and that the desire to learn is motivating to the player. At the evaluation session, coaches will recommend a training cadence for in-season and out-of-season.
Players should bring water, appropriate footwear, and appropriate clothing for the weather.
06
Merch
Players with any level of Insight membership receive a FootyCourt ball, a Duktig journal, a performance training shirt, and a beanie. These are included with the membership but may depend on inventory availability.
07
The training space
The training space at Insight has several factors that make it a fantastic place to train.
01
80k lumens of light to make night training possible.
02
Four walls enclosing the main field.
03
Turf that plays like high-quality grass — no black rubber crumb.
04
A second field with rebounders and a larger goal for shooting.
05
Heaters, a pergola, seating, wifi, and drinks for parents.
