One-on-one and small-group training built on a strong technical foundation. From there we develop how your player reads the game and makes decisions on the ball. Every player starts with an evaluation, then builds session by session.

Evaluation Session
Every new player's starting point. In one 60-minute session, we read technical level, decision-making, and physical habits, then map exactly what your player should work on.

Before you book
Welcome, Insight players and parents. We are glad to have you, and we look forward to helping your player grow and thrive on the field. A few things to know before you book:
First-time sessions
Your first booking is an evaluation. It helps us decide whether private training is the right fit for your child. If another type of training would serve your player better, we will tell you honestly.
Coach availability
Coaching schedules can shift. If you book a session we cannot accommodate, we will contact you to reschedule at a time that works for everyone or consider a coach that can substitute in.
Weather and cancellations
Parents can cancel a session up to 48 hours before it starts. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may be credited on a case by case basis. When you cancel in time, we return the session credit to your account so you can rebook when it suits you. If a coach has to cancel for weather or the unexpected, you are notified and credited as well.
Small-group sessions
Group training runs for up to four players, but these are not open classes. Book a group session only if you already have a confirmed group, and register each player individually.
