Bookings are most easily done through the Upper Hand app, available on Google Play and the App Store. Reserve your sessions there and manage your schedule in one place.

Training takes place at 3092 S Helena St, Aurora, CO. The location is in a neighborhood, so you will see a gate with an Insight logo upon turning onto Helena St. Feel free to park near the gate. Please do not idle your vehicle during the session.

Colorado weather is normally very mild. There are, however, instances where training outdoors is not an option. It is up to the player and parent to decide whether training in inclement weather is a good idea.

In the case of cancellation, sessions are always credited to the player's account to reschedule. If a session lasts longer than 30 minutes before inclement weather occurs, the session is counted as complete.

At Insight, sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled in advance. Please provide at least 12 hours notice if possible. Sessions are returned to the player account for future scheduling in their Upper Hand account. Continuous late cancellations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Every player training for the first time with Insight Soccer Training will have an evaluation session. This session determines if private sessions will benefit the player and if future trainings are a good option.

Coaches may ask players to complete a task before coming back — for example, a player must reach 10 juggles before booking again. This ensures that players are there to improve and that the desire to learn is motivating to the player. At the evaluation session, coaches will recommend a training cadence for in-season and out-of-season.

Players should bring water, appropriate footwear, and appropriate clothing for the weather.

Players who train consistently at Insight will receive t-shirts, stickers, FootyCourt balls, and a player journal. These are all included in the session price but may depend on inventory availability.
