Insight Soccer Training is dedicated to personalized private and small group soccer training for motivated players – players who desire to make a greater impact in their matches. We are a small business committed to empowering players that want better insight into the beautiful game.
Bookings are most easily done through the Upper Hand app, available on Google Play and the App Store.

Training Location
Training takes place at 3092 S Helena St, Aurora, CO. The location is in a neighborhood, so you will see a gate with an Insight logo upon turning on Helena St. Feel free to park near the gate. Please do not idle your vehicle during the session.

Cancellation policy
Colorado weather is normally very mild. There are however, instances where training outdoors is not an option. It is up to the player and parent to decide whether training in the inclement weather is a good idea. In the case of cancellation, sessions are always credited to the player’s account to reschedule. If a session lasts longer than 30 minutes before inclement weather occurs, the session is counted as complete.
At Insight, sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled in advance. Please provide at least 12 hours notice if possible. Sessions are returned to the player account for a future scheduling in their Upperhand account. Continuous late cancellations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Evaluation Session

Every player training for the first time with Insight Soccer Training will have an evaluation session. This session will determine if private sessions will benefit the player and if future trainings are a good option. Coaches may ask players to complete a task before coming back – for example, player must get to 10 juggles before booking again. This is to ensure that players are there to improve and that the desire to learn is motivating to the player. At the evaluation session, coaches will recommend a training cadence in-season and out-of-season. Players should bring water, appropriate footwear, and appropriate clothing for the weather.
Players who train consistently at Insight will receive -t-shirts, stickers, FootyCourt balls, and a player journal. These are all included in the session price but may depend on inventory availability.
QUAILS
Training Space
Insight Soccer Training has four quails that love watching players train. The quails are a fun part of the space, but they are not to be caught or harassed. If you would like quail eggs, 1 dozen eggs are available per training.
The training space at Insight has several factors that make it a fantastic place to train.
1) 80k lumens of light to make night training possible.
2) Four walls enclosing the main field
3) Turf that plays like high quality grass. No black rubber crumb
4) A second field with rebounders and larger goal for shooting.
5) Heaters, a pergola, seating, wifi and drinks for parents.
